A Plant medicine journey
Join us for a spring hike, and pilgrimage into your soul, which traverses the beautiful pass from Greyton to McGregor. Coming out of winter, this journey is for anyone who feels they need a psycho-emotional and physical reset, time for quiet contemplation, and a bit of adventure in nature, as summer emerges. We will be working with a number of different plant medicines and facilitated personal development modalities over the weekend.
The journey is designed as a condensed camino/pilgrimage, ideal for those who are experiencing a transition in their life, requiring quiet reflection, a greater context of understanding their life, or just seeks the opportunity to delve deeper into themselves.
Spanning 28 kms over 3 nights, and 2 days (14 kms per day), this walk will be a facilitated process throughout. We’ll all meet for dinner in Greyton on Thursday night, and begin our journey early on Friday morning. Our accommodation is set on the mountains above McGregor, where we’ll participate in a number of facilitated holotropic breathwork sessions, yoga, plant medicines, swimming, open fires and sharing our experiences.
