For all entrepreneurs, starting a venture, places them squarely against uncertainly and their fears. 

FEARS OF FAILURE, REJECTION, POVERTY, LONELINESS, NOT BEING WORTHY, THE LIST GOES ON...

Many start the entrepreneurial journey for lure of purpose, attention, riches or freedom, and although this might come, most are unprepared for the transformative, personal and spiritual journey that are embarking on.  

A foundational understanding of how their mind functions, especially the realms of the sub and super conscious, is mostly lacking. Perceived success, they believe, is dependent on their ability to control the outer environment, sell products and bend others to their will. Yet, their fears and entire 'inner world' is ignored or repressed. Many become avid readers of business strategy books, self help gurus or motivational speakers. They are lured into 'staying positive' or 'the 6 best tips to becoming successful', but ultimately there are no quick fixes, but there is an internal call to transform. 

Scaling the right thing

Hard work, fear, anxiety, and caffeine fuelled days become the mechanism for operating. There is this underlying pressure to grow and scale. However, scaling magnifies everything, including one's fears, stresses and anxieties. And as the anxieties and imbalances increase, this call to transform become louder. 

Borrowing from many spiritual practices, Max seeks to make key principles and ancient spiritual knowledge accessible, with the goal of guiding entrepreneurs towards the highest versions of themselves, or the ‘hero’ that they are meant to live in this lifetime. To do this, the entrepreneur must discover that every challenge they face, contains wisdom and spiritual truth waiting to be found. 

This means that 'the hero must be willing to fight their dragons, and face their ultimate villain' - THEMSELVES. If they can do this, the entrepreneur can truly move onto a bigger stage in life. What most entrepreneurs don't realize is that the current state of their business's success is a direct reflection of where they are on their spiritual quest. And its changing every moment ...

Max also invites his sister, Katherine-Mary Pichulik, founder of PICHULIK, to share her story of how starting her venture, has carved her spirit, and in turn is affecting her purpose in life, and success as an entrepreneur.
